Who we are.

Jonathan's Place is a family-run organization that is dedicated to providing a loving home to children who are medically fragile or hard to place. Before moving to Florida, our family lived in Kentucky where we fostered 37 children and adopted 6. Since moving to Florida, God has given us 16 more children to love and care for through guardianship and adoption.We never imagined that this would be the life we were called to live, but God has called us and prepared us for such a time as this. Jonathan's Place is named in memory of our beloved son, Jonathan, who had Down Syndrome and now resides in Heaven.

At Jonathan's Place, we believe that every child deserves a loving home and a family to call their own. We are often asked, "When will you be done?" or "Don't you have enough children?" Our response is always that we will continue to say "YES!" until God says "No."

If you know of any child that needs a family, we are able, willing, and well-connected to assist in finding them one, if not our own. At Jonathan's Place, we strive to be a beacon of hope and love to every child we encounter.
